With a career spanning fine art, design, and entrepreneurship, Soli brings a distinctive perspective to real estate, shaped by years of advising on significant assets, managing complex transactions, and building businesses in competitive international markets.

Her career began in the arts, where she progressed into leadership roles within the international gallery sector before establishing her own galleries in New York and Miami. She later founded a private art advisory firm, which she continues to operate, specializing in postwar and contemporary art. Her work includes seven-figure acquisitions and sales, collection management, investment advisory, and institutional placements for private collectors and investors.

Her experience also extends into hospitality design and development, including involvement in the overall design and project management of The Marmara Park Avenue, a project recognized with a 2016 Hospitality Design Award.

Today, Soli applies that same entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of asset value to real estate, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, investment acquisitions, development opportunities, and luxury residential properties.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she combines local market knowledge with an international perspective, approaching each transaction with strategic insight, attention to detail, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
